Making time for the things we want to do may require saying “No” to the things we don’t want to do. Learning how saying ‘no thank you’ is ok and maybe even the best route to take in certain situations.

Statistics show organizations face an employee burnout crisis, and significant life transitions can put you at greater risk for burnout. But, truly anytime you take on more demands and responsibilities, you run the risk of over-extending yourself, and, wearing down your system.

How do you react when things don’t go the way you thought they would or wanted them to? Do you get stuck blaming yourself? Do you blame others?

There’s no doubt that finding a job that aligns with our passions is a journey full of challenges and opportunities to learn and grow. With Mindfulness, we can learn to care for ourselves to help us through the ups and downs as we seek our dream job.
