Living with chronic pain can sometimes be the only thing you can focus on throughout your day to day. Living Well With Chronic Pain will help you build new skills to manage the challenges of chronic pain and reduce the need for medication. It will also address the thoughts and behaviors that may be affecting your physical symptoms. Navigating School Time Challenges In The Days Of Delta – September 8th or September 23rd
Many parents are struggling to remain calm and focus on the day-to-day challenges of family life while managing concerns about the upcoming school year. During this interactive webinar, parents will learn practical mindfulness-based tools and strategies that speak directly to these concerns. The webinar will include a discussion of communication strategies and coping skills that will work for different age groups from Pre-K to teens.
