Applying Mindful Leadership During Times of Adversity

There have been a lot of words used to describe what this year has been like so far – unprecedented, uncertain, challenging, trying, and the list goes on. Now more than ever, employees are looking at their leaders to understand what they’re going through and help them navigate these situations. While managers and supervisors are doing the best they can, it’s hard to know how to achieve effective leadership during a global pandemic and social unrest.

Using responses gathered from our participant Pulse survey, eMindful has written a thought leadership paper to help company leadership understand what their employees need right now. “Seven Key Competencies to Lead Through What Employees are Saying about COVID-19” can help take the guesswork out of knowing what employees are feeling anxious about right now and how management can give them the appropriate levels of support.

Check out “Seven Key Competencies to Lead Through What Employees are Saying about COVID-19” and start leading your teams more mindfully.
