As a Strategic Partnerships Associate, you will contribute to the overall growth of the organization by assisting on the identification, development, execution and support of deals across eMindful’s lines of business. Support business stakeholders and coordinate the development, analysis and execution of proposed 3rd party alliances, direct client transactions, reseller partnerships and high value promotional partnerships, and track the development of deals and deliverables to support the ongoing relationships throughout their life cycle. Work with cross functional teams including strategy, operations, finance, and legal.
This role reports to the Chief Innovation Officer, Strategic Partnerships, and is an Orlando-based role with limited travel required.
Specific Responsibilities Include
You will manage the tracking and execution of deliverables for key strategic opportunities.
You will assist in the execution and delivery of deliverables for strategic partners.
You must have exceptional project management proficiency, with an ability to shift with dynamic priorities environment. A significant allocation of your time will go toward organizing eMindful’s rapid growth and partners’ requests and ensuring that all deliverables and implementations are being managed with excellence.
Identify new partnerships that align with strategic growth initiatives, and develop business cases for strategic fit.
Develop a client strategy for each individual account.
Initiate and progress opportunities as directed.
Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities in Salesforce.

A minimum 5-7 years of experience at a leading health and wellness company, SaaS or digital media publisher.
General experience in the digital health and wellness sector.
General knowledge of Payers, Providers, Benefits Brokers, PBMs, TPAs business models.
Proven ability to conduct industry/market research, structure ambiguity and extract key insights.
MBA a plus.
Familiarity with EOS Traction a plus.
Some exposure to negotiating strategic alliances.
Exceptional skills in Powerpoint, Excel, Word. Proficiency with Salesforce, Box, Asana (or similar), Smartsheet (or similar). Experience/proficiency in Keynote, Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop a plus.
Strong written, oral and presentation skills to communicate to various levels within the organization and to partners.
Ability to remain poised under pressure, juggle multiple tasks, and work efficiently against tight deadlines.
Adhere to business directives required by management as well as maintaining an accurate and up-to-date activity reporting.
Detail and organization skills.
A great sense of humor and optimism are a huge plus!
