eMindful Hosts New York Times Best-Selling Author Sharon Salzberg For Live, Online Conversation With Public
Author of “Real Happiness” and “Real Happiness at Work” to Discuss Practical Tools To Help Deepen Mindfulness, Compassion, and Concentration
Vero Beach, Fla., Jan. 15, 2016—Renowned meditation teacher and New York Times best-selling author Sharon Salzberg will join eMindful for a personal live-stream event, at no charge, open to the public on Jan. 20, 2016 at 8 p.m. eastern time.
During the hour-long session, Sharon will answer live questions and address pre-submitted questions from attendees.
“We come to meditation to learn how not to act out the habitual tendencies we generally live by – those actions that create suffering for ourselves and others, and get us into so much trouble,” she said.
“Each of us has a genuine capacity for love, forgiveness, wisdom, and compassion. Meditation awakens these qualities so that we can discover for ourselves the unique happiness that is our birthright.”
This will be a live stream event. Participants who register will have access to the recording after the event. To register, please visit https://life.emindful.com/#sharon.
